Hello my name is Annette, I’m with a small nonprofit in Cleveland Ohio and we highly recommend DonorPerfect. We’ve been using it for several years. We used Donor Perfect offline and E tapestry before this and we wanted to collapse those and have a just kind of a one size fits all program. We have that with DonorPerfect it’s perfect for entering monetary and in-kind gifts and then creating the thank you letters for that. It’s great with polling reports for you when we need to create mailing lists or just pull data on how much we’ve gotten for certain line items. The online forms are really great so taking electronic donations through our website and everything. It’s nice to be able to create those and segment them out. And the one thing we love about DonorPerfect is the customer service, it’s unparalleled. They’re always easy to help, easy to reach, the webinars and the trainings are top-notch for our team to feel like we can get the most that we can out of DonorPerfect. So highly recommend it.
