We actually had data scattered across five different platforms. None of them were integrated. We just wanted to find a central hub to host all that information. I have worked with other programs and DonorPerfect has by far been the easiest to learn and to integrate. The thing I like about DonorPerfect is that it is so user friendly. If you make a mistake, it’s not a problem. You can delete that and start over. The system is working for us versus us having to manage the system. The reports are just fabulous. You can kind of custom report and pull out specific information that you need. It also kind of pulls together really nice grips. I really like the filters. I can create a report that looks it looks exactly how I want it to look, and captures just the individuals I want it to capture. It’s an organizer, it’s a calendar, it’s a receipt generator. It’s kind of an all in one tool. I definitely use the integration with Constant Contact, and I’m learning again about how to use QuickBooks integrations. We tracked how long it took to input gives as well as to do thank yous and acknowledgements, and realized that the system really was going to save us a lot of time. I love being able to create new fields, the fields that are specific to my needs, being able to track, you know, events and gifts, and being able to get those letters out immediately and be able to link it to your events. I can change and add things that we want to track, as well as remove things or make them inactive. It’s just a phenomenon of software. With web link, we’ve been able to put our logo on there, brand it, link it to our website, and then easily integrate the information back into DonorPerfect. We have different web links for almost all of our different events, almost all of our, you know, donate here buttons, or we do immemorials too. I love how the system for getting the money from the online into the system is so easy. I really like being able to use DonorPerfect on a variety of computers at home. I have a Mac, so it’s nice to be able to use it there, as well as the mobile application, which is great for what I’m out and about, being at different meetings and being on the road, you can just kind of hop on and check out a donor real quick before you go into a meeting and see their past giving and see their giving history. So I have it set up so I can work in my home and also at work. The implementation process was pretty seamless. We had a representative from DonorPerfect online that guided us through the whole process. All of the data converted very accurately. The team was amazing. The webinars are helpful. There’s a lot of stuff on the knowledge base online. So if you have a question, I tend to just call the support staff. What I love is, after the call, then I get all the instructions in an email. You know, in just a few minutes, we find the people DonorPerfect to be highly professional, to be a lot of fun, to work with, very personable, very responsive. It’s not the phony friendly, I guess you want to say it’s more like genuine. I’ve been very happy with DonorPerfect. I think it’s a great solution for nonprofits of all size. It really you get a lot for your money. There’s so much that it can do, and it’s kind of exactly what we need to take up the next step to grow as a company. You’re not going to find anything that’s easier to adapt to what you’ve got to use DonorPerfect. Yeah, it’s perfect.
